Returns for refunds

We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Simply email us for the return address at info@lolaster.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Returns for refund will proceed within 5 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this.

Shipping costs is nonrefundable.

 

Returns for exchanges

 We do not cover your shipping cost back to us. 

Simply email us at info@lolaster.com with your order number.

Once your email has been received, you will get a reply with further details on how to return your item either for an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

We do not offer exchanges on sale items or items that have been promoted. 

 

SALE ITEMS 

Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. Please email info@lolaster.com with your order number
